To provide you with our service, on account creation, we store personally identifiable information including and limited to your Email address, First and Last name. This information is used to identify your account and is never sold or passed on to any third parties. All payments are handled in app and any details used are provided to either Apple or Google via their stores and no billing or card information is passed to ourselves.

When using our system your voice will be recorded and stored securely within our system, the transfer from the app to our storage is handled via https encryption and all recordings are stored securely in non-public space in encrypted format. You are in full control of your information with the ability to export and delete recordings at any point.

The only time we track any behaviour within our system is to count how many times a link is accessed, this does not record any information about where it was accessed from, what device it was access on or how long it was accessed for. We use the following methods for this purpose: - SSL Protocol and password protection of all data storage systems. We delete unverified accounts, including all personal information and content, after one month. We delete inactive accounts, including all personal information and content, after one year. We take various security measures—physical, electronic, and procedural—to help defend against the unauthorized access, alteration and/or disclosure of your personal information.
